We are currently recruiting for a Technology Specialist to develop and grow Alegent Health’s Talent Acquisition web presence. This individual will be responsible for generating, enhancing and growing Alegent Health’s Talent Acquisition social media presence to establish and maintain increased relationships within talent communities.



Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Serve as the liaison between Talent Acquisition and HRMS to support the Talent Acquisition Team in assessing and increasing efficiencies in the recruitment process.
* Manage web content by collaborating with appropriate departments to correct and update any inaccuracies in information.
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure Alegent Health Talent Acquisition web presence remains in compliance with the Alegent Health branding.
* Research innovative, cost efficient methods to source and attract qualified, diverse candidates.



The ideal individual for this opportunity will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, IT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional experience requirements include:

* Minimum of one year of progressive success in human resource, business or information technology.
* Minimum of two years of in-depth social media experience required.
* One or more years of PeopleSoft experience desired.
