Flint was rescued from a Missouri puppymill. He was described to us as a Rat Terrier. It's hard to say whether that's true, but there's no doubt he is all Terrier and he's totally darling! Flint weighs 14 pounds and was born in 2001. He loves to play with other dogs, but he's a bit shy with people. Flint needs someone who will give him gentle attention and time to learn how to enjoy life. He has been neutered and is current on health care.
