Description
Pedro was rescued along with many other Chihuahuas from a very poor breeder in Oklahoma. The dogs lived in filthy cages in the basement. They never got out of the cages and never saw sunlight. Some of them were in serious medical condition. They are all recovering and learning that life can be good. Pedro was born in 1998. He weighs about 11 pounds. He is timid around people but will give kisses and play once he knows a person. He has been neutered and is current on health care. Pedro has a heart condition (Congestive Heart Failure) that is kept under control well with some inexpensive daily medication.
